i'm unsure to rate this T or M, due to the links below. i'm rating it a T for now, but i'm not sure if it's good for this or not.

i've thought about two things - A) blinkies/stamps/GIFs from sites like https://www.glitter-graphics.com/, and B) official artwork of a character if i'm talking about them. for example: Yukari Yakumo (Touhou)'s official artwork from https://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Touhou_Wiki/ (official art by ZUN, loads of fan art, plus i make some too.)

i was just wondering if i'm able to upload/post some of those, that's all.

because, for example, even if it's a more mild blinkie, would i still be able to post it?

just wary, and just asking to be sure. i'm still new to this site.

and another question, am i even able to link to those sites like those above? as i said in the disclaimer, they may contain some disturbing imagery, but if i include a disclaimer, or only embed the link to the sites and don't link to them (and as per usual for me, only post mild ones, never NSFW or anything visceral), would i be fine?
