What exactly do you mean "post it"? If you mean to the forums or your news post, then sure.
If you're referring to uploading images you find on these websites to the Art Portal, then don't. If it isn't created by you, it'll be flagged & removed.
Also, if you're worried about posting something graphic, odds are you aren't of age and shouldn't be browsing the content to begin with, nor should you be posting it on here.
